Made to Order
Cancellations for a full refund on Made To Order items are possible as long as the request is submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. After 48 hours materials will have been ordered and work will have been started to complete your items. Because of this, all cancellations after 48 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee applied to the refund amount. If only part of the order is canceled or Ready to Ship items are returned and the new order amount changes the shipping amount, that difference will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Ready to Ship
We typically do not accept cancellations on Ready To Ship items as they will have been processed and may have already shipped.
Damages During Shipping
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or professionally repair the item at no cost to you. If delivered by freight carrier, damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and you must inform us of any damages within five days of receiving your purchase (photographs may be required to document the damage).
Made to Order
All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date to be applicable for a refund. Each return will have a 30% restocking fee to be applied to the refund amount. Our shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the full amount of the return freight. Only orders packaged and returned by our approved freight carriers will be accepted. Any items returned by a unapproved carrier will be refused. If only part of the order is returned and the new order amount changes the shipping charge, the difference will be deducted from the return. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
Ready to Ship
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date and must be received back within 30 days of the delivery date to be applicable for refund. Each return will have a 30% restocking fee to be applied to the refund amount. All returns require a return authorization number before the item can is shipped or returned to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number. Any returns without this return authorization number will be refused. Return Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except for damages or order processing irregularities. If part of an order is returned that contains made to order items and the new order amount changes the shipping amount, that difference will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item due to damage or defect for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com. You must inform us of any defects or damages within five days of receiving your purchase (photographs may be required as proof of defect).
